I wish I had looked at the rating. Ugh. The wheels do not swivel, they only go backward and forward. They are also very thin. They look and act very cheap. I felt sorry for my son for having to take them. Embarrassing. However, if you’re looking for lightweight, this is it. Now I’m stuck with it bc my son moved away right after Christmas and this was his only luggage. I will definitely make sure to read all the reviews. Maybe I shouldn’t have ordered online.

This item is very low quality! I was almost destroyed with a single-use and the bag was far from full or heavy. The entire front bottom pocket detached and there was nothing in that pocket. Buyer BEWARE!
