For recipes that call for a crisp topping, the Heritage stoneware oval au gratin dish provides a wide, shallow cooking area in a variety of sizes, exposing ingredients more directly to heat. Its functional stoneware construction and variety of sizes also make the oval au gratin dish useful for everything from preparing individual sides that are small enough to fit on a dinner plate beside an entree to serving multiple portions at the table."

Great Cookware
Great cookware. Oven to table look makes for easy cleanup with only one dish. The ceramic finish makes clean up a breeze.

Perfect
I had this au gratin dish for years and loved it before it cracked and had to be discarded. I ordered a new one online and it arrived broken already. It was poorly wrapped. It was no surprise that it broke. I turned around and ordered it from Macy’s and it arrived perfectly wrapped and in perfect condition in a very short time, I will remember that in the future when I’m shopping for kitchen goods.
