Strap fell off

Main strap fell of as I was putting them on. No real pressure. Just looked like the piece was too short in Mfg and it was not fully stitched like the other one was. Sent in for refund but that is not easy to do. Lots of rules. Seems like everything is translated from another language. I have a photo but although there is a box that says you can do that it seems it does not work.

Looks good — fit perfectly

Nice sandals!!!

Nice sandals, but a little too large for my husband! Returned and ordered the correct size! Very pleased!!
