I’ve ordered others in the past and they all came wrapped in your special bags. This one did not. I was disappointed as it is a gift. I love all of the other items I’ve ordered and the presentation.

Gorgeous. Presentation in the package was amazing. This desk accessory tray is exactly what we wanted. Real nice leather product. Monogram is a nice touch. Having the website generate an image of the monogram on the website would be a nice next step.
