The product is nice and sharp. I also like the edge retention of it! It has really nicer ergonomics and of course the balance of it. It is really good at slicing fruits, vegetables and meat too.

I only have Zwilling knives. Would not trade them for any other kind. My knives are 30 years old and I use them every day. They are easy to sharpen, comfortable to hold, and keeps their edge sharp for a long period of time.

The knives definitely live up to the quality one would expect from Zwilling. They are sharp right out of the box and have a comfortable feel in your hand. No regrets!
