Nordic Ware Brilliance Bundt Pan

Love this pan! Use Pam spray with flour - comes out perfectly every time - and I've used it multiple times. Much better than t he grease and flour method.

I love the look of this pan and cake, however my cake sticks every time. I see this says non stick, I find that hard to believe. The want to love this pan but I just can’t because of the sticking.

I adore this pan. I use brushed butter and a dust of flour to prep this pan. I knock the excess flour out and put my batter in a little at a time, giving the pan a good tap against a wooden cutting board to get rid of air pockets. The cake comes out cleanly and *beautifully*. I really want the smaller size of this bundt now - maybe I'll make a brilliance layer cake? mmmmmmmmmm

This pan yields a beautiful cake, only if your grease and flour it thoroughly. I heavily sprayed this pan and my cake got stuck; I remember this happening before, problem is if you use the shortening and flour method for those tight nooks and crannies, you run the risk of having to scrape off residue from an otherwise stunning cake.

I love this pan. I wish it had a 12 cup capacity. I Always have left over batter even thou the recipe call for a 10 cup pan.

I love this pan. It's perfect for the after-choir rehearsal treat. Everyone gets a not-too-big and neat-and-tidy slice!

This pan is incredible and makes a beautiful cake! Received one of these for my birthday and made a Caramel Cake yesterday. The pan offers even cooking as well as an incredible release!! So happy to add this to my Nordic Ware collection.

This is my first Nordic Ware bundt pan and I absolutely love it.

baking bundt cakes has been my specialty for 30 years. I have 4 of the original that i use over and over. this new pan is a bit smaller but very beautiful. It's performance is top notch,quality baking and great nonstick. I can't wait to use it again. Thank You

This pan makes the most beautiful cakes, as does all the other Nordic Ware Bundt pans I own...The Brilliant is one of my favorites, so unusual...Clean up is so easy...I was told how much trouble it was going to be...NOT....clean up WOW...hot water with sprayer nearly gets it all...a little soap and dish rag let it air dry..and beautiful cake to boot..
