Customer Service was EXCELLENT. Rating down from a 5 star only due to this: The bowl pictured is the correct bowl ordered, however not one received. Customer Service immediately addressed the situation. Have bought from Macy's in past and will continue to do so. Replacement is a perfect match to the one needing replacement!

I bought 16 piece set for my mom and she loves them. They are light and give you a very nice feeling when you hold them. I wish I bought them a long time ago.

The description states that this bowl is 4". It isn't-the diameter is 5.5". I was looking for a smaller bowl for ice cream etc. I thought this would be like the berry bowl but deeper, not so. MACY'S, please do a better job on the description of the dimensions of the items listed on your site.

Pretty but not all purpose. Way too small. The size of a cereal bowl.

Quite pretty bowls- appear delicate but quite sturdy. Love this pattern. Wish they’d explain sizes a bit more thoroughly as the first ones I ordered would be great for a very small serving size. Same with first cups 10oz but....
