The iron arrived used, with a burnt underside and full of water; it had clearly been used for a long time.

Like another reviewer I noticed a sticky substance building on it after one use and it burned my daughter’s clothes on the delicate setting. Customer service for the manufacturer is a joke. You will be left without an iron while they look at the iron and test it to see if they think they are responsible. I purchased the additional warranty on it but it’s just not worth it

The best iron ever

Bought to replace a Rowenta Steamforce which managed to get dropped and the reservoir cracked. I don't think it's quite as good as that, however that's a $100 iron. For half the price, this thing is quite capable, heats up quickly, excellent steam output - the only major difference I'm noticing is that it's a good bit lighter in weight than its big brother, so you may have to do an extra pass across whatever's being ironed. At $50 this is good value, at the $30 sale price it's tremendous.

I bought this relatively inexpensive iron to minimize the wrinkling in machine washable, basically 100% cotton shirts and trousers. It meets ny expectations.

As a flight attendant, ironing white shirts is practically a daily occurrence. However, this iron makes it absolutely painless. It eliminates wrinkles with a single pass and I particularly like the narrow nose that allows me to navigate difficult corners.

I bought this because my friend had one at her house, and I used it, the most valuable iron, works great, better than the cheap ones that I was used too, and the price was right, definitely cheaper than other stores.

I got the iron it was a used one. How on earth will macys do this.
