HENCKELS International Classic Chef's Knife, 8"

I am very pleased with my chef knife. Lightweight and easy to handle. Just what I was looking for

It's quite sharp!! And is easy to use. Also quite nice looking!

I've always purchased knives from major warehouse stores and would try and sharpen them just for them to go dull within a few days. This thing is amazing. Really nice quality and weight. Cuts through potatoes and thick cuts of meat not problem. Highly recommend

I have had this knife for many years and it's been great. The handle is cracked and I cannot find anyway to replace it. I believe its plastic or something similar. Any suggestions would be great.

Well not the same knife as the one I had recently for years! Didn’t realize there not made in Germany any longer!! That sucks and you can tell from the blade, lil to light and thin for my liking.. I’ll keep it and use it but not the same as before unfortunately!!

I’ve had this knife for over 20 years and use it several times a week. I hope to always have a Henckels chef knife as part of my core kitchen tools.
