Compared to the Lactose Home collection it isn’t very soft or absorbent almost feels like a Brillo pad.

Needed new towels for my new home and these towels are awesome. They are beautiful and soft. Price point is a bit high but just waited for a sale and bought them all! Would buy again.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a towel from Macy’s that I never received. The order was delivered through DoorDash, and when I contacted Macy’s to report the issue, I was simply told that their system showed it as “delivered” to my address. I asked for proof of delivery, such as a photo, signature, or any confirmation showing where the driver actually left the package, but no proof was provided. Despite this, Macy’s refused to replace the item. The cost of the towel is not the main issue, it’s the principle. A customer should not be expected to pay for an item they never received simply because a delivery status says “delivered,” especially when there is no proof that it was actually delivered to the customer. I expected much better customer service and accountability from Macy’s.

I only purchased these towels because they matched my cultured marble shower and vanity. They are very thin and definitely not the quality I would expect from the Ralph Lauren brand.

The towels are soft but the absorbency is a bit disappointing.

Love the towels color and pattern. Looks good in the bathroom. Fluffy and soft, but not as soft as Hotel collection which is my favorite.

the tan color was perfect, but the floral design is beige, not white as it appears in the photos, so I had to return the towels, if the floral pattern was white, I would have bought more.

These towels are extremely thin and flimsy and not the plush towels you would expect from Ralph Lauren.
