Love this grill pan,
I cook alot of bacon in this pan if it had a lid to go on top I would love to get one..to help keep the grease in the pan not out of the pan..

Design Improvements Are Super
I bought my daughter a couple GEM frying pans. The new Push Button handle is such a major improvement over the former handle screw type. Much easier to attach. The pan depth has increased from the previous 10" model. I used it first time today and really was impressed by the ease of fixing my eggs and how well your pans perform. Have convinced my girls that your products are the best for their kitchens!
