I like to give a frame as an engagement gift, it’s something you wouldn’t purchase yourself. This frame is for my niece and her fiancé,I previously gifted this same frame to my nephew and his now wife and they actually used it at their reception with their wedding picture, which had taken place at an earlier date. It looked lovely and people were commenting on how beautiful the frame was.
This was the most disappointing delivery I have experienced with any company. This was a wedding gift. I had paid extra for the gift amenities, which meant it would be wrapped and should include the message I wrote online when making the order and paying for it. Instead, what arrived was a box that was re-taped, which clearly appeared to have been torn open at the warehouse and then re-taped to send out in a very sloppy and unprofessional manner. Additionally, it wasn’t gift wrapped nor did it include the message I had wanted enclosed. I have a copy of my paid receipt with all the information above and none of that happened.
Lennox is a long time prestigious and very well-made items from the company. This is my go to gift for any bridal shower or wedding gift.
Beautiful fame. Very bad design. I ordered online for a wedding gift for my grandson. The backing was completely separated as the glue was totally dried out. I returned the fame to the store and the clerk credited my account and reordered the fame. When the new fame arrived it also had the same issue with the backing of the fame separating. Very disappointing.
Beautiful frame, but I am so frustrated and confused as to why Lenox would make an 8x10 frame that doesn’t fit an 8x10 picture. Especially at the price they charge. Other than that, it’s a lovely frame. I have the 5x7 and the 4x6 and neither of those have this size issue. I will keep it and trim my photo I guess, but I’m really annoyed. About 1/8” needs to come off every side. Can’t say I would recommend this size of the frame style since Lenox can’t tell what 8x10” looks like.
The frame mustve been from old inventory. It actually was separated from the back. So the glass was not cracked but it separated from the back. The glue was totally dried out. This tells me that inventory at Macys is old. I returned it and bought a nicer frame from Bloomingdales

Frame was well wrapped in a box and looks great with a wedding pic.

The frame is beautiful. We received one exactly like this as a gift and we were thrilled that we could find another just like it. We had two daughters get married within 5 months and we able to put their wedding photo in each one. It’s a great addition to our house.
