Good purchase
Good fryer. Does what it is supposed to do. Just wish it had a small basket with it.

This thermometer is enormous!
Nice thermometer- very sturdy, but: Really appropriate for deep fryer - too large to use for home candy making in saucepan. Check dimensions before ordering.
