I purchased the queen size firm and I love it. I am a side sleeper and this pillow is cloud soft after molding into shape. I'm getting a great night's rest.

Not firm. Knew there was an issue when the pillow came in a plastic bag not much bigger than a bread bag.

It's not the product it's the service! I ordered two only to received one because out-of-stock. So instead of having two queen pillows I'm stuck with one. Keep getting notices that I left something in my cart featuring the same item but when I go to check out it's unavailable. Have been receiving multiple notices of the item in my cart but all fail to be available. As a loyal and regular customer I do not appreciate being treated this way. Macy's needs to get with the program.

Just got the pillows so waiting for them to fluff up but ordered because my daughter has these pillows. So familiar with the brand.

I absolutely love this pillow! Having previously purchased the "soft" pillow for stomach sleepers, I decided to purchase the side/back sleeper pillow as well. This is a review after using this pillow for about 10 days straight now. I wasnt getting good sleep earlier and used to wake up with a sore neck so as a change I ordered this pillow. Im the type who sleeps sideways and other pillows dont give a neck support however this pillows is perfect for me. Its very soft and a great support. At the whole, this purchase wouldnt disappoint you. Go for it. Value for money.

Very nice and big size pillow ,like the cloth quality and which is very soft and good. Very comfortable not too hard not too soft. Best pillow at reasonable price.

This pillow is very high-end with a nice cotton cover and no prickly feathers coming out. It is good and size small and nice for sleeping.- comfortable and breathable outer fabric for optimal temperature and sweat prevention. I am pleasantly surprised.

The packet was delivered on time. it's a fiber pillow which looks amazing and feels even more amazing. Too relaxing and comfy for good night sleep. It has great comfort and support. Very much satisfied with the product.
