I expected these to be more firm, like I've traditionally found with foam pillows. These feel less dense, and more lumpy and porous like the foam pits you used to jump in as kids.

The pillows are soft and cooling, but my husband and I wanted a more firm pillow since we are side sleepers. I requested a refund and immediately placed another order because we love ELLAJAYNE products!

The pillows look nice and fluffy however they sink flat as a dollar bill when laying in them. One has already falling apart and hasn't even been used. waste of money again.

I like the hypoallergenic feature. It is a little too soft for us.
