I expected these to be more firm, like I've traditionally found with foam pillows. These feel less dense, and more lumpy and porous like the foam pits you used to jump in as kids.

The pillows are soft and cooling, but my husband and I wanted a more firm pillow since we are side sleepers. I requested a refund and immediately placed another order because we love ELLAJAYNE products!

The pillows look nice and fluffy however they sink flat as a dollar bill when laying in them. One has already falling apart and hasn't even been used. waste of money again.

I like the hypoallergenic feature. It is a little too soft for us.

I think I was sent by the wrong pillows The ones I got do not get cool let alone cold I am returning them

I don’t normally write reviews. Actually ever. But I just repurchased these and had to write a review because they are my favorite pillows on the planet. I bought one about 6 years ago and I have not stopped thinking about it because they’re perfect. I know everyone has their preferences on firmness and such but these are just so good! And get better with time.
