wrong item delivered.
wrong item delivered. so disappointing. Especially with no time to get changed before Christmas dinner.

Wrong item received twice
The first delivery contained kitchen towels (no buffalo check runner). Macy’s attempted to fix the issue but the second order arrived today with a random cream runner with green and red. Again, a totally incorrect item.

Wrong Item
Twice I have received the wrong item. The label clearly states red/black buffalo check, but upon opening, the original and the replacement sent are orange/black buffalo check. Do not order unless you don't mind calling repeatedly and not having it corrected!

Much thinner than I was expecting, fabric is sort of cheap but it does the job.

Wrong item
The label said buffalo check but the runner was a cream background with a few lines of red and green.

I should have made my own.
I'm so disappointed in this. It's so poorly constructed that it's 9.5" wide in some spots and 13" in others. It is unusable on my table. In the pictures you can see one end is large and fits well, and one end is inches from the edge of the 12.5" table.

Orange not Red
The product we ordered was red and black. The product is labeled red and black and it’s as orange as orange is.
