Cuisinart Chef's Classic™ Nonstick 9" Springform Cake Pan

The pan is quality, easy to unlock, and sealed well. I get to make no bake cheese cakes in it! Clean up is easy and the heat distributes evenly. It is pretty thick so it resists warping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this pan, and wow! It’s much heavier and solid than I expected. Not at all too heavy, but heavy enough to stay square without warping and to really hold heat. I used it to make brownies and it gave the perfect crisp edges without sticking. Plus, its compact size makes it great for my toaster oven as well. This feels and performs like a much more expensive pan.

I bought this on Macy's bridal registry. I am sure the pan itself is really good, since Cuisinart is a top brand. But, Macy's made the gift giving easy with sending it to the bride in a timely manner and making me aware of the shipping status.

This is the best 9-inch springboard. I will not need to worry about the inside peeling and my cheesecake having difficulty sliding off the bottom. I highly recommend purchasing this springboard.
