Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen System Blender & Food Processor

This is a big mama blender, yet it’s surprisingly easy to move and not heavy at all. It’s easy to use and clean, and super powerful! It blends, processes food, and makes great shakes.

One base. Multiple attachments. I can do single smoothies without dirtying the large blender. I can process garlic for the freezer. I can blend soups. This is a game changer for small kitchens.

This blender didn't last 5 minutes. I turned it on for the first time to make a smoothie and the motor just started burning and spitting out pulverized metallic particles all over my counter and into the air. I was afraid I had inhaled some of it. Needless to say, I returned it the very same day and had to clean all of my kitchen surfaces several times. Coincidentally, while I was at Macy's to return it, another woman on line told me the same thing happened to her. Do not purchase this item!

Super easy to use. Less time to blend vs other brands. Im amazed!

I am so disappointed in the food processor within this kit. Used it around 4 times within 8 months of buying and it broke at the root. I contacted Macy’s and they said as it’s been over 60 days they can’t do anything about it, there is no warranty on this product. However, the item description says “1 year warranty”. I just wanted a replacement part. I did not buy an expensive kitchen appliance for it to break within 8 months. Will not be buying appliances from Macy’s again.

Ninja replaced my auto IQ which broke with a ninja professional and it is not even close to as good. NOT HAPPY!! It is however the first time I am not happy with a Ninja product.

It's ok the blade is kind of dual

I bought this to replace the one I bought 15 years ago. The motor finally went and I mixed smoothies almost daily.
