I've had this for several years and it has held up incredibly well. Very sturdily made with a super comfortable carry handle and shoulder strap. I like the variety of open pockets and zipper pockets for tucking away accessories and keeping everything organized. I'm upgrading to a 17" laptop and it looks like it will fit just fine. Love this product.
Just the right size I was looking for
This is a lovely bag and since I have a black one that I love, I thought it would be wonderful to have another color. However, the lining of the bag I received was a bright garish yellow -- perfect perhaps for some other kind of bag, but for this it clashed with the taupe color horribly and showed on the outside pockets. ... I had ordered another Baggalini a month earlier and it had a fluorescent purple lining, also exposed on the outside. MUCH PREFER the lining to coordinate with the bag color. The light gray linings are perfect and they are what is shown on the Baggalini site. I've actually ordered another Baggalini and this time I took a screenshot of what I ordered, HOPING to have something I can use.
This is an awesome bag. Unfortunately, for me it was a lot larger than I expected.

I love the blue, it matches my other Baggallini bags. The built in handle straps are the perfect length to wear comfortably on your shoulder but also has a crossbody strap. Ingenious hidden luggage zipper pocket.
