Christmas Wreath
This wreath arrived and it was already breaking apart. The little cherries break off easily and the branches with the pinecones are not flexible which makes it hard to reposition. The quality is not at all what I expected.

Macys Online Sales Customer Service and Return
Review of the product provided and of the service/delivery/return: The product does NOT meet our expectations as the item differs from the online listing being that the wreath we viewed/ordered is to be AA battery pack operated lights; what was sent requires an electrical cord coupled with a significant delay on the delivery time along with my having to pay for the return - there is NO Macys within 100 miles for me to hand-return!

Dissatisfied
Wreath came smashed in box. I’ve tried to fluff it and the berrys are falling off and some were off in the box. Not even round. I haven’t decided what to do yet. I’m probably going to return it. This is the 2nd item I’ve ordered online and been very disappointed with.

DISAPPOINTED
Although the wreaths are beautiful, I thought they came with a timer.... it was a cord and I have no idea how i am supposed to plug it in on my front door and around my garage lights.

Do not waste you time or money on this one
Terrible! granted I bought on clearance, but it was in a box too small for the wreath, it was shoved in the the box the greenery was cheap, the bow was so mangled the holly berries looked bad, I couldn't get it right and the whole thing was a hideous mess. returning no doubt I had ordered another wreath from Macy's clearance and absolutely loved it. not this one!

Sad Wreath
The wreath is not what i expected it to be. I am disappointed but hung it anyway. I wouldn't have purchased it at full price, and feel that i overpaid with the sale price. I did not want a plugin, but a lighted wreath. I don't recall reading that it came with a plug. The bow is wrinkled and the little berries are fragile. Overall, i just don't like it.
