The Citizen watches is a great product. However, after receiving my order, I noticed the presentation of this watch had been opened. The watch was missing the protection sheet and the pen that separated the dial. The protection sheet is the clear sheet that covers the face of the watch.

I love the design of the watch but the watch face was scratched and I had to return it.
