multiple times sent totally wrong items. infuriating and waste of time.

Thin material. needs ironing
The cotton material felt fine when we opened but washed in cold and dried on low and it came out very wrinkled and would need ironing every time washed. Don’t have time for that as these are huge. Returning. My other cotton duvet covers have washed much better.
