Giani Bernini Wide Polished Hoop Earrings in Sterling Silver, Created for Macy's

I have no idea how they are, you spent them to the wrong address. I’ve purchased often from Macy’s and have been a loyal customer yet between sending products to a home I sold 2 months ago, and the lack of care I received when I spoke to customer service rewarding this issue, and never receiving my new credit card, as well as canceling my other orders, then re-scheduling the orders etc it has become to frustrating to continue to shop at your stores.

As many have said, very poor quality control. Post too thin to click in place into hole. They weren’t even able to stay on the earring card they came with

It a very good product

This is the second pair of these earrings I have ordered (on sale). I really like the quality and look but have lost one earring. Hopefully the clasp is securier. The clasp held for 3-4 days. The back hole that the stem fits into didn't appear to be deep enough.

Nice sized and elegant earrings

Looked nice. Wore them for 8 days when I realized earring was not in my ear. The clasp failed. Called Macy's they said I had worn them so there was Nothing they could do. Don't buy them!
