Macys sent the skillet without the helper handle. Im still waiting for the replacement after sending back their original. So sick of bad online mix-ups. You have to return the item and then puchase a new one. Ridiculous waste of time. If this does not arrive correctly, I will buy it from another vendor.
I love my new signature frying pan. That said, I hope I am using it correctly. It SEEMS like a patina is building on its surface and it seems like food is getting easier to release. So far, so good.
Never received skilllett even after reorder. Need to send or issue refund.
This is a great size for frying/heating smaller portions. However, the handle gets extremely hot... need more than just oven mitts! And do not as cast iron it is a bit heavier!
