The Anolon Wok pan is the best, this is our 2nd pan. We had the original for 5 years and it held up to weekly use. It's nonstick really works and the pan is easy to use, it makes flipping very easy and the the food slides easily of the pan, The heat is evenly distributed while cooking and cleaning it is simple and easy!
I purchased it around Christmas 2025. A few days ago, when I heated the pan up, was about to add oil then noticed the non stick layer bubbling up. The bubbles were small, which I’m sure a lot of people might overlook. It was the first time I saw bubbles from a nonstick pan. We’ll have to throw it away.
I can use less oil cooking on the non-stick surface. The 12-inch skillet is good for Chinese stir fry and Italian pasta dishes without making a mess in cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended as I have been using it everyday!
