This combo is a really great product for the amount of money you pay. I really have no complaints other than the wheels squeak on the stroller. It is well made and has held up well these last 5 months.
I just had my baby on April and had to be in recovery for 8 weeks so I barely got the chance to use it . Not even 2 weeks it started squeaking every time I walk . So embarrassing and disappointing as I was so happy to use my stroller. Also the carseat seatbelt kind of hurts my baby from her legs since babies move their legs a lot so is not made well . So expensive and cheap made !!
The wheels start to squeak, so you are making noise down the aisle. Removing the car seat from the base can be difficult. Our insert clip broke off the base, but we are hesitant to replace it or just get a new stroller from elsewhere.

It sounds like shoes on a wet floor extremely tuff to get the car seat removed from the stroller part and yes I know how to get it off but even with my husband it’s hard so currently looking for a new one waste of money

Love having the easy snap in from infant seat to toddler seat but after only a few uses it started to squeak.
Would not recommend this stroller. (VIDEOS ATTACHED) I bought this in September of 2025. I didn’t use it until October when my baby was born, in November the wheels started squeaking very bad. I reached out they told me to put cooking oil on the wheels and after like 3-4 days it continued to squeak. I reached out again and they offered a replacement . I was very grateful and thought it was going to be fixed. Than I am informed that I have to destroy a perfectly good carseat, and bassinet , all because THE WHEELS were squeaking. . I got the replacement and within 2 weeks it started squeaking again. I wanted to just return it and get a new stroller because if the stroller wheels were already acting up within 1-2 months of opening it, How was it supposed to last until my baby is 2 years old sitting up in the stroller part. Now they wont give me a refund and are trying to offer me a cheaper stroller system from there website.
At first I loved this stroller. I loved the feature of connecting the car seat to the stroller. When my baby was about 2 months the stroller began to give me issues when trying to remove the car seat from the stroller. My baby is now 4 months old and I have had to battle with this stroller/car seat several times in the freezing weather because I was unable to get the car seat removed from the stroller. It gets stuck and can not be lifted off. This is not a cheaply priced item, it should be expected to work properly. The last thing a new mom needs is to have to struggle to get the baby from the stroller into the car. There has been several times that I had to wiggle the car seat for 10 minutes to get it removed from the stroller.
The assembly was very easy. The stroller rolls very smooth. My baby is a preemie and I was concerned about the car seat being too big but it was a great fit. Great quality for the cost.
