I am a 36D, and the large just fits. The material is very soft and comfortable though...perfect for sleeping. Just size up :)

I bought this for my darling wife for Valentine's Day! She loves it because it's very soft and comfortable, love it because she looks fantastic in red. :) The Macys " Which size recommendation using the fits me " recommendation was spot on based on height and weight and one Adrianna Papell dress size. Buying clothing online is now much easier at Macys.
