Cuisinart Aluminized Steel 17" x 13" Nonstick Roaster with V-Rack

This is the second pan that I bought. The first one lasted a long time and I finally needed to replace it. Not only did I like it for its durability but, it is also the right size to cook a turkey.

I bought this because I needed a larger one. It's a good size and although I haven't used it yet, I have the smaller one and I'm confident it will work out.

I used it to cook a 15 Lb turkey and it fit perfect. The bird got good and brown with it being up out of the pan. The clean up was easy, everything came right out of the pan.

My old roaster was chipped and the rack was peeling (It sat since before the pandemic) and it was time for a replacement. Used this new one for my Thanksgiving Turkey and it turned out great. The pan held up great. No complaints.

This pan and rack were large enough for a good-sized turkey. The pan was a breeze to clean. Everything came right off after soaking in suds and hot water. The cooking was even and the bird came out fine.

The pan is a great size and I was excited to find it. However, after using it only one time, with the rack that it came with, the Teflon is already scratched. Why would you not put silicone tips on the rack where it touches the pan? I was so cautious and washing my pan but it was your lack of planning and poor design that has already put scratches in four places in my pan. I will not be purchasing another one. I am extremely disappointed.

Great pan with plenty of room and a very easy clean up. Love it!
