Grip is not comfortable. Blade quality is not as good as the same one I bought 30 years ago.

Best Knives Ever

Not amazing
The paring knife was great. However the larger knife wasn’t that sharp and didn’t handle all that well. I was disappointed because I absolutely love my Henckels 8” chef’s knife and use it daily. Maybe that’s from a higher quality line, I don’t know.

The knife every cook dreams of. These knives are surgical sharp and should only be used by experienced cooks. Every task is met with ease not struggle when cutting and chopping with the Henkle knives.
