Zwilling Four Star 7" Hollow Edge Rocking Santoku Knife

Love the look and the rocking feature. It holds well and I am enjoying the precision. I have only for a week now but I am enjoying every bit of it

I was looking for a chefs knife with the grooves of a Santoku knife that had an angle grip on the bolster like the ZWILLING Pro knives. No one makes that combination, this rocking Santoku is the closest you will find. The handle is a little beefier than I am used to on the rest of the knives that I have used before but I am getting used to it. It really does feel like an extension of your arm while using it.
