Amazing edge and balance. Great for all my slicing needs. This is my go to knife
I have a few Miyabi Kaizen knives, which I love, but I wish the painted on logo was better thought out. Mine all had partially worn off logos on the blade after less than a year of use which makes them look kind of shabby. How has this not been addressed/resolved?
Phenomenal knife. An excellent addition to anyone’s collection. Easy to hold and a great weight. I would highly recommend this product.
very nice to use.
Came razor sharp out the box, and it’s a conversation piece with that beautiful design towards the edge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I held many different Nakiri knives to see which was most comfortable in my hand. This one felt the most natural. When I first used it to slice some vegetables… Wow! So little effort to cut razor-thin slices. This is now my go-to knife for any work.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this knife so much. It holds an edge with the best of them but holds up to my daily job as a cook. Slices super clean and has a good size for a one for all things knives.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is great! It's super sharp for cutting vegetables. It's perfectly balanced in your hand and feels durable. I'll definitely be adding more Miyabis to my collection.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this knife screams craftsmanship; the fit and finish of the handle, the rounded spine, the polish of the steel. The Nakiri is a classic Japanese knife shape, and it is ground to a razor thin blade, making it a pleasure to slice though vegetables. This knife deviates from its classic roots with its handle, the riveted contoured grip takes inspiration from Western-style knives, but that change, makes all the difference for staving off fatigue during long periods of prep work.
