Knife was the perfect anniversary gift from our children. Purchased from an independent kitchen store, the Happy Cook. We plan to use this knife on our boat where it will get shaken in the drawer while the boat is underway. Therefore, we needed a knife that was sturdy and would remain sharp in the marine environment.

It has a good solid feel, is very sharp and slices through both soft veggies like tomatoes and hard veggies like carrots effortlessly.
