Made in Germany was what I had looked for in a cutting knife that is supposed to last for a very long time keeping a good edge. I’m happy to have found this beautiful enrichment to my Zwilling knife collection at a great price!

This knife is an excellent addition for someone unfamiliar in the kitchen. It’s length really helps inspire confidence with people who aren’t used to knife-work while still being practical. It’s weight feels nice in the hand and doesn’t feel clumsy for prepping dishes. If you’re nervous to start in the kitchen this is a great step between an 8” and a pairing knife.
