This is the most expensive knife I have bought. It is well balanced and extreamply sharp. The ergonomics are easy on the hand when cutting lots of produce. Only thing I have noticed is a slight bend in the blade, I'm not sure if my eyes deceive me but I shall continue to use it.

Sharpest knife I have. I’ve had this knife for 3 years now and I’m just finally having it professionally sharpened.
Slices like a razor, holds up like a strong knife.
Wonderful balance fits my smaller hards well. Good for left and right handed people.
It is a great length, well weighted with a beautiful blade. Not just a very good knife, it is ornamental in its looks too.
This was the knife I left the Zwilling store with. Cuts nicely, handle is surprisingly comfortable for how large it is, so far so good.
Love it a great knife it’s so sharp really good price
The Kramer knives are exceptional. The balance is fantastic and the durability is unmatched plus they had an edge better than any knife I use
Great balance and expertly honed. Will use these all the time with pleasure.
This blade is the sharpest and most beautiful I’ve ever held. accidentally cut myself, I’ll try not to do that again. The Damascus is so defined and the blade feels as stiff as I’ve ever had. I love the handle since it gives better security than a standard smaller handle.
