I ordered this jersey online in purple and received it in gold. I reached out to customer service, returned it and was sent h another hold jersey. Went in store thought that would help. They referred me back to online support. Apparently the codes are switched within the company and they haven’t realized it. I’m returning it again and purchasing elsewhere.
Received wrong color twice. It’s the yellow jersey. I took the first one back to Macy’s and had them order it for me again and they tried to make sure it was correct but a yellow jersey came again. The jersey itself is great but it’s definitely not purple (as advertised) but the Lakers yellow. The picture needs to be changed.
I can't really give a review of this item because I still haven't received it. Three times now I have returned it because Macy's keeps sending me the gold jersey instead of the purple. It's been over a month since my original order was placed. I think the warehouse must have them labeled incorrectly (purple/gold versus gold/purple) so my confidence in ever getting the correct item is low. This was specifically requested in this color by my nephew for his birthday and I'm bummed I showed up empty handed.
