The item was shipped by Herbal Dynamics beauty not Macy’s. It arrived in an intact bubble envelope all damaged inside: smashed box, broken pump, outside and inside the bottle. Was probably damaged when packed. Also, on the bottom of the bottle says 22/09/09. Very disappointed. I have to figure out how to return this item. It’s not fair to send it back to Macy’s as it is not their fault.
I am definitely going to buy Herbal Dynamics Beauty products from now on. This serum works great. It makes my skin feel very soft from the first time using it. The only thing I don't like about it is the pump. That makes me use more. The other serum has a dropper and I can get just the small amount needed. My skin feels tighter and looks great.
It’s sticky, but dry quickly. Used for a few weeks, haven’t seen significant results
I really have noticed an absorption of moisture after exfoliating and following up with this product. Definitely helps with the harsh NY winters too. Only con, is lengthy delivery (not from the store) so plan ahead
Had to return this item TWICE because it was expired.
Was very excited based on all the reviews but did nothing for me. I threw it away. It's sticky and didn't seem to hydrate or plump at all.
Not in love with it. I am trying to figure out why it had great reviews...I find it to be sticky and even though I do not smooth it around the areas of my eyes, I find it irritating.

I wanted to try a new hyaluronic acid because my face always felt sticky after the one I was using. I read some great reviews with this one so I purchased it. I absolutely love it! My face is so smooth and I can already tell a huge difference and it has only been a couple of weeks. My makeup goes on so much better because my skin is plump and the fine lines are dwindling away.
I had been using a very expensive serum and needed to try to find a more cost effective serum. I like serums because they absorb so well. Took a chance on this when I saw the high percentage of HA. I've been very impressed with the results to my skin - looks just as good as it did with the expensive serum. It isn't quite as moisturizing as the expensive product, so I apply this serum and after it's dry, I smooth a little of my moisturizer over the top. I'll be buying more.
