I'm a side sleeper that was looking for a pillow that would support my legs to take pressure off my lower back when I lay on my side. This pillow does this perfectly. I'm 5'11 and it reaches from my chin all the way to my feet with room to spare. It's made of a heavy and dense memory foam and this pillow holds its shape/loft very well. It's firm but very comfortable.

Not worth the price and the pillow case came with a hole in it. Not as fluffy as seen in the pictures provided.
This Body Pillow is definitely overfilled, and a little heavy. I've only used it for a week, and it has kept it's shape. While it has a beautiful pillow cover, I prefer a satin like material, so I did cover it with another case. The pillow is so long, the case was about three inches short.
