It's been 5 days order still hasn't shipped no help from anyone trying to figure this out last time I shop on Macy's on line or my family

The staff at Macy's were extremely helpful, patient and courteous considering they were extremely busy, and the store was understaffed

I bought these earrings in yellow gold for my daughter's birthday. Her birthday is around Christmas, so I got a good very deal on the regular price. Turns out I still overpaid by hundreds of dollars. These earrings were appraised at being worth $50!!!... For the gold. The appraiser said one diamond was lab grown and the other was an "unidentified" stone. It wasn't even cubic zirconia. How did Macy's not see this? Don't they quality check their jewels? According to the appraiser, Macy's is one of the "worst offenders" for selling fake or misrepresented jewelry. How is Macy's getting away with selling fake jewelry for hundreds/thousands of dollars?!? I'm on the line with Macy's right now demanding a refund and investigation. I hope they do the right thing.

The pair that I received is stunning and brilliant. My wife loves them. Not sure why there are so many reviews saying that they are subpar. I ordered these a month before Xmas so I would have time to return them if they were not beautiful. Pleasantly surprised that they are nearly perfect.

I see the reviews and yes i agree with you all - but honestly they literally say the clarity (13) on these ( and most even the $$ ones ) diamonds aren't very good. You really need to go to the store to pick out and find your set. I have wanted something like this for a VERY long time. And i can now afford them - on sale! I bought my own which i hear most of the women say if i happen to mention it.... so treat yourself ! Go to the store and pick it out- the AMAZING jewelry ladies will help you - just be nice! and then say Thank you! I really like this set and think for the sale price its worth it ... i can't afford to spend more nor would i They are a good size and make me happy!
