I've never had a sherpa type comforter. It's nice and soft, at least in the last 2 weeks i've used it. I don't' use a flat sheet, so i can say it's soft and comfortable. The micro mink is sooo soft. it's great. during hot days I wouldn't recommend, but it's not out of the question for use. for the price under 100.00 definitely a good buy! I am not adding pictures but the color is VERY close to the online pictures.

My husband normally runs too hot, and I run too cold, so it can be challenging to find bedding that is comfortable for both of us. I purchased this set to replace our worn-out comforter set, and am very happy with how this comforter is warm enough for me, without being something that my husband feels overheated using, too. The quality of the fabric was clear from when I took it out of the packaging, and I am happy that this set is something I can wash at home.
