Buyer beware-macys has really been going downhill the last several years. Often times I regret ever shopping there, especially online orders. I went under the Children’s section for these pants, selected a size large, which is the size my child wears, and went into the Sise guide as I always do, to verify that the large was a size 14/16 in youth pants. After all was confirmed, I made the purchase. I received a large man pants with the size 36/38. I have wasted an hour of my time on Macy’s failing online store once again speaking to somebody overseas. The incredibly frustrating conversation entailed the overseas representative, not helping me whatsoever while maintaining politeness. No one cares how polite you are when you cannot make things right and you cannot solve issues. I would rather speak to a jerk on the phone any day who could solve my problem, fast and efficiently. She argued with me round and round that I ordered a size 36/38 pants. I round and round went with this incompetent overseas customer service representative that if she clicks on the item, it is under the children’s section, and if she further clicks on the sizing guide, it shows children sizing. Her only resolution for me was to be inconvenienced significantly further, get in my car and it is an extremely busy single MOM, drive through the snowstorm through the winter weather and park in a slick parking lot, wait in the UPS line, to print the label get the box re-shipped the item back out so that I can get a refund for Macys horrific experience, once again. These experiences shopping with Macys online And the lack of customer service resolution, and speaking to people overseas and then forcing you to inconvenience yourself majorly in order to correct their negligent services is getting far too often and far too common.

I ordered these after having my child Try on uniform pants at target (‘all in motion’, ‘cat and Jack’ brands ) where he was a size XL (14/)., these pants were like the equivalent of a woman size 14/16 … they were not even close to what I expected . Very frustrating

These pants are way bigger than XL boys, if your “big boy” is a 6’4” linebacker for a professional football team with a 40-42 inch waist and thighs that are build like tree trunks then these are the pants for you.

Nice quality but a little smal. Size up
