Plastic. Cannot turn adjustment knob
Cannot turn the release that allows adjustment of the shower head. Bought 2 and I can't turn either one. Instructions say turn clockwise which is typical. Made of plastic that feels like it is going to break. I bought on sale from Macy*s; when I went to the manufacturer's site to look for a solution--didn't find it--the price was marked down $20 from what I paid. I may not be the only one experiencing a problem. Going to visit the Macy*s return counter this week.
