Second Effy bracelet to purchase and the charm fell off the third day

It has nice hefty feel to it. Would like it to have been slightly more polished but it looks good as is. I will definitely be looking at purchasing again.

I had a bracelet like this before my daughter bought it for me for my birthday. I lost it, so I was repurchasing another bracelet This bracelet was to small. I notice that Macy jewelry is getting cheaper in quality. I also bought a gold cross with diamonds in it a couple of years ago. The dern gold tarnished. When I returned the bracelet to store. I mentioned to the customer service rep. She said sometimes Macy purchase items that the gold is plated over silver and that’s why it tarnishe's. You guys are losing your quality with items. That will make you lose customers.

This bracket is great. It is just heavy enough to look expensive. The small charm is a nice touch. It is big enough without being to much.
