I don't know why they would ask me to write a review when they canceled my order. I would like my Electric Facial Ceasing Brush Set please. I guess it was out of stock. Please allow me to purchase two of this item as soon as it becomes available again.
I purchased this item from Macys and never received !! I called them and they said they will send it to my address as soon as possible, this was a month ago !!!! 😡. They charged me for the total cost which is more than a 100 dlls since I purchased 5 for Christmas present . Never received for Christmas , never received until now BUT THE CHARGE IS IN MY ACCOUNT and Macys expeditions are that I'll pay for something never received ? I think is time to call my lawyer 😡
After one use, the brush looks as though it was being used for months. The bristles are falling out and are bent out of shape. The silicone brush works fine though.
Gave this as a Christmas gift for 2024 and it stopped working six months later unable to return because the return window closed in January 2025. Embarrassing that MACYS would sell such a cheap product. I’ve learned my lesson.
