Let me start by saying I have a total of 18 watches and this one by far is my favourite one. .This watch has a lot of features that you need to understand to get the most out of it. I have been a watch collector for years and this has taken over my everyday watch need. I can't think of a major issue I have with the watch. I have this and the identical watch as the Blueangels version in stainless and the titanium version is a much better choice. The weight difference is very noticeable and welcome. I the atomic clock signal was stronger but the watch has not failed to receive an update, daylight savings time, so it has always been dead-on accurate. The "Super Titanium" material that Citizen touts is everything it says it is. I noticed that the stainless version scratches easier than the Titanium watch.

Salesman ordered the watch for me it came on and was exactly what I wanted and the fitting of the band was quick and easy why go anywhere else Macy’s was a great value

I am so angry! Macy's sent me a used watch!! And now I can't get a hold of their customer service department! It has scratches on the band and face, and some sort of glue on band that doesn't come off. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband and I could cry I'm so upset after spending this much money
