Larger than expected

Two weeks after I placed this order, I still haven't receive this. Where is my order?

Wanted earrings to go with the season and couldn't find anything but Macy's had several choices. This snowman is adorable and I can wear it all the time in the cold weather! Well made and very reasonable price.

The earrings are cute but I only received one. How can someone packaging it not notice? Now I have to return it. Very disappointed.
