I have purchased two of these mattress pads and have recommended this product to others. It is well made, provides a really comfy loft to the bed and fits a queen mattress very well. Highly recommend this product.

I left it for 3 day to allow plenty of time for it to expand, shaking, shaking as recommended. It puffed up nicely. But once you lie on it, it flattens out. I expected better from Macy's. It is definitely not worth the price, even on sàle.

Wasn't particularly impressed. Not as fluffy as I thought it would be.
The sheets are labeled Queen as I ordered BUT they are huge! The sides hang to the floor on either side and are very long. The oversized "fitted" bottom has flimsy elastic so it is loose. I thought washing them a couple of times would shrink them? But no luck. They feel nice but are so big they make sleeping uncomfortable. Maybe these were mislabeled? I tried. too late for returns, and a huge hassle with Covid restrictions in our area. Very disappointed.
