Journee Collection Women's Tanzi Bow Stiletto Pumps

I bought these heels back in July 2025 and after only two uses the right heel detached. I took it to a professional shoe repair store and was advised that the heel cannot be repaired. I then contacted Macys and they directed me to reach out to the manufacturer as this is past the return window. I contacted the manufacturer who stated that products purchased through Macy's or other third-party retailers are not covered under Journee Collection’s warranty or return policies. This is very disappointing as I really liked these heels and expected a better resolution given that I haven’t have these heels for long. Based on this experience I would rate them poor quality and would not recommend buying.

The shoes are gorgeous and came very nicely packaged. The only thing is...they run a little long. Otherwise they fit great! I normally where a 9 and could use an 8 1/2. I'm just going to get some heel pads to prevent slipping at the back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love these shoes! I’ve wanted them for awhile and finally purchased them. They are very comfortable (even with a broken baby toe). The size is true and even though they are high, I don’t feel like I’m going to fall and break an ankle! Haha! They are very sexy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have narrow feet and my feet barely fit in these. They are so cute but are extremely uncomfortable! I wore these once only for a job interview for a couple hours with minimal walking and the strap dug into the top of my foot so hard it bled and now I have a scar! I don’t think I can wear these again.
