The color is cream and it was supposed to be white.

Hi, I purchased a duvet cover set and sheets and specifically requested crisp white. I have since opened and used them, but I noticed that they are more cream/off-white than white, and unfortunately I’m not happy with the color. I understand that they have been opened and used, but the color is not what I expected when I purchased them. Would you be willing to allow me to exchange them for a true crisp white set? I would really appreciate your help.

Duvet cover is extremely soft, very nice quality. Button closure is well stitched. King size is true to size, comes over both sides of the bed fully. Exactly what I was looking for.

Very smooth and light, yet warm comforter.

I bought it for my daughter in college and she loves it.

Even though this cover and my comforter were labeled the exact same 108" x 96" size, the cover was about 2.5 inches too long. Washing and drying it helped shrink the cotton fabric down significantly, making the remaining slack much better and totally workable. The material quality is excellent, so I happily kept it and used the interior ties to secure the fit.

I brought this a few weeks ago, and couldn’t be more happy.

This is top quality product. Super soft and very durable. Love it I bought two sets.

I did not take the duvet cover out of its packaging, therefore, I cannot comment on the quality. It was a very muddy looking gray and not what I wanted once I got it into my bedroom. I will be returning it.
