Macy’s Sends Used Products
It’s unbelievable that Macy’s is sending used products to its customers. Considering their practices, I will no longer do business with them. This is unacceptable! The gloves were just delivered in terrible condition, smelling horrible, and covered in stains. This is very disrespectful.

Outdoor lover
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for another UGG gloves that i lost in a baseball game last month. It was very similar and I particularly like the fit, looks, but more importantly the shearling liner which makes my hands warm. It doesn’t get any better than that.
